Everything was amazing, the hotel and the rooms were soo clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing, very luxury and staff were soo friendly and exceptionally kind.

The swimming pool was soo cold, and the bathroom sink design was unsanitary.

non friendly access to rooms from ground floor lobby, or car park

comfy bed, good room size, good location, central to places I have to go during the week. I enjoyed their cofffee facility at lobby of the floor I was staying

the "transits" that I have to go thru each time to access to my room, to lobby, to car park. I suppose it is safer, but not friendly. To get to rooms from ground floor lobby, you have to take a lift up to reception on 41st floor, then another lift to your floor for room; and from car park to room - lift down to ground floor lobby, and another lift to reception 41st floor, and another lift to your room floor

The view was spectacular! We booked a "twin" room, which ended up having a sofa that the staff was very kind to make for my child, turning it into a huge bed. The amenities, water pressure, the way the AC was working, we loved it all. Pool is amazing and we could enjoy very quiet swim in the morning.Breakfast was exceptional! Definitely the place to stay during our next visit to KL!

Everything was great.

The check in was very smooth and easy. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist. The room and overall hotel decor was lovely. The hotel is situated on the top floors of the building with great views of KL. Additionally the hotel is nearby some of the key KL attractions and food spots. We also loved how close the MRT station was you can get to the city center in about 15mins.

Nothing comes to mind, overall we enjoyed our stay

Love the minimalist decor. Well maintained considering I haven’t been back in 5 years and the property is still new. Love the functionality of everything. Esp love the extras like free flow snacks at the lobby and ice tea!

Location wasn’t linked to or within walking distance to a mall

good location at least easy to commute , staff efficient but not presenting the facility, the coffee shop os just ok however the fine dining is very good... great large room

The room was newly renovated and spacious

The staff were not helpful. We only had an overnight in KL so all of the issues were annoying. Our room key didn't work, they gave us the wrong wifi password, reception said they couldn't help us book a taxi to the airport and told us to download an app instead. Not the type of service you'd expect in a 4 star hotel.

The loungers in the pool area are not good for sitting on, as they don’t have a proper backrest. Also no one on the pool bar, it was a self-service via a telephone, would be good to have someone there serving drinks

Room was basic - the daily cleaning was not as consistent with the other Alila hotels. Small aspects were missed and the cleaning was not consistent. View from the room was great. The pool and gym were great

The staff were not very helpful. Front desk was not confident, they seemed hesitant when offering advice. It was only on my last day there after a week long stay that stumbled upon a Michelin restaurant and no one had told me about it when I asked it there was a restaurant nearby. I would have gone there every night had I known about it.

The room was very clean and mordern.

The rooms that I got only had 1 reading light working, the hand held shower was loose and the toilet bowl was loose. Need more maintenance work done.

the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the smell is good, has 24 hours free drinks at the floor living area.

the tv channels sometimes lagging, no utensils provided in the room

We live the calm atmosphere of the Alila. We very much appreciated the upgrade, though I do think that some areas of our suite needed attention. The rug, curtains and grout around the tiling all appeared a little grubby and worn.
